June 2026 - Days 1 & 2
CATHI CONROY-JONES has been adjudicating for many years and is a British & International Federation , All England, TDCI & Miss Dance Adjudicator.
Cathi is a Quadruple International Examiner with the ISTD in Ballet,Modern, National and Tap and a Committee member of the National Dance Faculty. She is also a Life Member of the Istd.
Cathi has had many years of teaching in high profile Colleges such as The Northern Ballet School, The Hammond School and Merseyside Dance and Drama Centre.
Cathi ran her own ISTD Approved Dance Centre in Liverpool – North Liverpool Dance Academy and she has been delivering the Teaching exams for over 40 years in 4 genres, producing talented performers and teachers. She is a DDE Tutor in 4 genres and also coaches Licentiate and Fellowship.
Cathi commenced her dance training at the Ransley Dance Studios in Sydney Australia. Upon training later at The Hammond School in Chester, Cathi found her love of Teaching and studied and qualified in the ISTD and RAD Majors and Teaching Exams.
Cathi is the Director of the very popular UK Dance Class Championships which tours the UK. These events offer dancers a fabulous “audition” style competition in multi-genres.
Cathi has choreographed for many shows, pantomimes and musicals and has worked with professionals on the production side of theatre.
Cathi specialises in running shows for many different Charities and is an Ambassador of The Owen McVeigh Foundation, a Merseyside Charity helping families with children with cancer.

July 2026 - Days 3 & 4
Adjudicator for the British & International Federation of Festivals and All England Dance.
Jill has a love and passion for all things theatrical. Her vast and full career has given her the knowledge and desire to inspire the next generation of performers.
Her training started at the Hylton Bromley School in Merseyside, where she gained several scholarships from the I.D.T.A. and continued her training at the Royal Academy of Dance and the Place (London's Contemporary School). During her early years Jill entered All England Competitions and gained 7 solo gold medals in the London Finals receiving the Sunshine, the Modern and the National Trophies. She was also invited to be a part of the Beryl Grey Workshops.
Jill worked as a professional dancer/performer for many years in TV, Film, Cabaret and the West End - shows included "Kiss Me Kate", "Carousel", "The King and I", "Oklahoma", "Fiddler on the Roof" and many more. She went on to become an international choreographer, director and producer of theatre and cabaret shows. Producing pantos, cruise shows, children’s plays, summer seasons, even Shakespeare! At the same time developing her own theatrical/management agency.

Her love of teaching took her back to the studio and worked for the Italia Conti School, the Arts Council, Pineapple, whilst running her own performing arts school.
She then diverted her career into the music business, producing for EMI, Virgin, Carlton and recorded many artistes - Shirley Bassey, Howard Keel, Petula Clarke, the London Philharmonic and many, many more. She had the honour of producing the official recording for the Queen Mother’s 100th birthday. During that time her music publishing & production company was awarded the coveted Ivor Novello Award.
Jill has recently returned from adjudicating in Sydney, Australia for The British Federation, establishing and extending the international friendship.

I now mentor students from the Royal Academy of Music with movement coaching and theatrical expression, I am also involved in encouraging movement to mature actors…… I love the mix of my theatrical challenges and cannot wait to adjudicate your fabulous festival. Sarah is an adjudicator with both All England Dance and British Federation of Festivals.
A licentiate member of the ISTD, Sarah is the founder and principal of a successful school in Portsmouth since 1997. Pupils can be found working professionally in all areas of the dancing world including West End, UK and abroad, TV, choreographic roles, teaching and much more.
Educated at Italia Conti, she then went on to further her teacher training for many years with Virginia Wilkinson & Marion Roberts in all disciplines including National, Classical Greek, Classical Ballet, Modern and Tap.
After appearances and choreographic commissions on TV and in Pantomimes, Sarah went on to teach abroad mentoring others through their teaching exams, but her passion has always been working with her pupils back home. Successes include All England Dance Finals Winners, Bursary winners & ambassadors, Choreographic awards, Dance World Cups winners, ISTD Ballet, Tap, Modern and National award winners and more.
To add to her devotion of Festivals, she is also the Chair of Fareham Dance Festival.
